Company History

This company was founded in September 2014, by close knit group of people who believed in delivering excellent cost-effective ERP application. Each of us came with a unique background, we’re designers, programmers, thinkers and leaders in our respective areas. The Idea was to provide centralized ERP application experience to SMEs companies which help them grow at a faster pace by managing their business processes.

We started our company with total 5 employees which inlcuded the founders, one developer and one test  analyst. Founders played the key role in requriement gathering  and completing the system design.

Before we formally started our company, we had secured our first ERP project. The client was one of the Glass manufacturing company based out of Surat. This was the breakthrough the founders needed to leave their high paying jobs and work fully for the company. We got the project in July 2014 and formally started our new venture in September 2014.

Each of the founder came with a unique background in ERP system. “Katalyst” – our first ERP application was and will always be our flagship product. It was the reason for us to come together start our company.

The idea of developing our own end to end HR solution started when we were asked to deliver a payroll solution for one of our existing clients. We ended up building PayWell which is our comprehensive Payroll and HR management system.

By August’2016 we have our first 50 clients. These include both Paywell and ERP clients.

By July 2017 we had clients across India. We were growing fast and decided to have a structured approach as well as easier management for our business by converting our Partnership firm in to the Pvt. Ltd.

In November 2017, we achieved another milestone by receiving 3 awards from software suggest in different categories – Budegt Friendly, Customer’s Choice and Rising Star

By our 5th year anniversary, we had sales team spread across different states of India. Our team size increased to 30 people and our clients number went up to 200. This was the growth that we always aimed for and we were proud to have achieved it.

As of today, our growth is in the right direction. Our client data base is diverse and about 50000+ users are currently using our different applications.
